General 6.0.1 Windows 2000


I previously used r5 and a few months ago bought a copy of 6.0.1. I have all my old mail files (.nsf) stored on my hard drive and now I'm trying to open them to retrieve several old messages. Each time I attempt to open a particular r5 mail file I get an error message: "You are not authorized to perform that operation."

I have no trouble opening my old names.nsf contacts file, so I don't understand why I can't open the email files.
